SHIPPING POLICY:

We use Standard Fedex Ground to ship your bags, which takes 5-7 business days to reach you. If you want to have your bag(s) shipped Fedex 2 day or overnight, please contact us for additional shipping costs.

RETURN POLICY:

For any returns, shipping charges will not be refunded. There is 10% re-stocking fee on the total purchase.

No returns will be accepted after 30 days.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Whak Sak Industries works dilligently to ship orders as quickly as possible. For this reason, orders may "NOT" be cancelled after 2 hours of placing an order. All other pertaining policies apply after this time limit. For any returns, shipping charges will not be refunded.

SALES TAX:

Consumer is responsible for use tax in the relevant jurisdiction.
