To become a wholesaler of Whak Sak Industries, please fill out the below application. Once filled out, click the submit application button at the bottom of the form to send to us. We will get back to you within 24 hours with your approval and your website login information.

Upon having your wholesale account approved, an initial order must be received within 72 hrs. of acceptance in order to keep your wholesale login active.
